In other news…
Just saw KING OF KONG FIST FULL OF QUARTERS and it really does live up to the hype. You can’t help but get caught up in one man’s quest for something as seemingly trivial as the world record Donkey Kong hi-score. Great characters, great “how the hell did the director luck into this” story, and a geek subculture that makes me glad I’m a comic dork. Highly recommended to anyone high enough to take my recommendations seriously.
I think Andrew wanted to see that. I’m glad you gave it a good review, now I’m willing to check it out as well..
